So much so that I transferred my current account to a provider that would support it at launch rather than having to wait until “Autumn”. Apple Pay - Two Different Views

Let me start off by saying that I’m not a big fan of cash. Being of a certain age (Gen Y, Millennial, whatever term you wish to use) I don’t really see the use of it. UK boosts contactless limit to £30

My father in law apparently received a letter from his bank (one of the big five) informing him that even though the scheme limit has increased to £30 his limit would remain at £20 per transaction.

I haven't seen the letter so I can't comment for sure but I wasn't aware that this was a decision that the banks could make?
